Kale Chips

For some weeks now I am following, once again, my love for chips. But while I prefered potato chips right out of the bag before, I am now in love with homemade vegetable chips. Here, the widths of “Food Blogger” country indeed provide plenty of inspiration and recipes to try. Accordingly, I was very happy about all the crispy tries I did during the recent weeks. So it is about time now for a little interim update: this means, in the next few days everything will be about vegetable chips on Food Vegetarisch.

And today I will start with the kale chips, which I already mentioned before here. I discovered the recipe at Veggieful, and I am still amazed how easy they chips are to prepared. Since I (still) do not have a spray bottle for oil, I slightly modified the recipe, so that I can now offer two methods. And as the kale season here in Germany is now slowly but surely approaching the end, my recommendation is: Try it out quickly. The current spring temperatures you can enjoy fine with kale chips.
