Spanish Pepper Omelette

Since I started to join the Photography and Styling Challenges which Simone from Junglefrog Cooking regularly hosts, I love it to visit the georgeous Spanish food blog El Oso con Botas from Raul. His blog I discovered because of these challenges. The only Spanish I understand is “Hablamos Espanol”. This is the title of a language course which already ran on German TV at a time when there were only 3 programmes to choose. Somehow I kept this title in my mind. For Rauls blog that means that I do not understand anything about what is written there as long as I do not use Google Translate. But as the photos he shows on his blog are so amazing and georgeous it does not really matter.

When Simone recently presented the results of the November Photography and Styling Challenge there was as well the georgeous winner photo from Raul which impressed me as another stunning food photography from Miriam from El Invitado de Invierno. When I visited her blog I noted that it is as well a Spanish food blog and in the end I made the same experience like at my first visit of Rauls Blog. I did not understand anything at all, but I was thrilled by the food photograpy at once. And now I wonder, do you also have some favourite blogs which you like to visit regularly although you do not understand the language at all? And while having Spanish already on my blog today you will also find a Spanish recipe which I discovered in the cookbook Greenbox from Tim Mälzer. The additional nice thing about the Spanish pepper omelett is that I can prepare it as well by using my personal limited stock of ingredients. And in case you want to learn a little bit more about the cooking book then just have a look at this illustrated recension.
